Delete your Fistbump account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Fistbump and sign in.
2. Tap your picture (top right), then Customize me.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Type your @handle to confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

If you can’t sign in, write to contact@skatalystai.com with your X @handle. We confirm that the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, character, X data we imported, follow checks, trips, events you host, pings, invitations, messages, notifications, meeting photos, Season entry and device tokens. If you have Fistbump Plus, the subscription is cancelled when the account is deleted.

What is kept, and for how long

Reports other members made about an account may be kept as long as needed to handle them. Payment records (invoices) are kept by Stripe and us for as long as tax law requires, usually 10 years in Germany.

Deleting only some data

Without deleting your account you can remove a meeting photo, cancel trips and events, leave the Season board, hide yourself from the map, clear your profile text, and download a copy of your data (Customize me → Download my data).
